There are three phases of each team development process:
Preparation begins with a needs assessment discussion, where we help you explore your preferred direction and impact. Together with you we select relevant and achievable goals for the development process. Once the expectations have been clarified and set, the facilitator who will work with your team conducts a number of exploratory interviews with strategically important stakeholders (such as team leaders, managers and 3-4 selected team members). During this process the programme is further tailored to provide an impactful, meaningful and fun learning experience.
Next, the team take part in a 1-3-day solution-focussed experiential learning workshop where they are immersed in a personalised intensive learning experience. At the end of each workshop we collect written and oral feedback from participants.
In the third phase of the process we assist you in detecting progress clues by 1) looking at feedback from participants and the facilitator, 2) asking what positive changes you have noticed since the workshop. We are also happy to be your sounding board to identify further steps of development.
