The self-awareness activities we employ initiate long-term development for the individual and the whole team. Participants gain a deeper awareness of how their attitude impacts the team. The process acts as a catalyst creating the need in the participants to autonomously continue working on their mindset after the training.
Needs analysis interviews with all relevant stakeholders allow us to create individually tailored solutions. The in-depth facilitation that accompanies the stages of the intensive learning experience helps us respond to the real needs of the participants.
The activities provide opportunities for participants to step out of their comfort zones. Activities such as reflective observation, abstract conceptualisation and active experimentation are followed by facilitated discussions in which participants reflect on the strategies they used and the roles they assumed. These insights help them commit to actions that are aligned with the new mindset they have formed during the sessions.
